HOLMBY HILLS
Holmby Hills is highly desired after for its fantastic weather, with stunning views, and beautiful luxury properties.
Holmby Hills is an exclusive neighborhood located in the district of Westwood on the westside of Los Angeles. Developed in the early 20th century by the Janss Investment Company—the same firm responsible for much of Westwood and other notable Los Angeles communities—Holmby Hills quickly rose to prominence as one of the city’s most prestigious residential enclaves.
The expansion of Sunset Boulevard later divided the neighborhood into two distinct sections, each shaped by different community plans. South of Sunset Boulevard, Holmby Hills is situated north of Wilshire Boulevard, east of Beverly Glen Boulevard and Comstock Avenue, and west of the Los Angeles Country Club. This portion belongs to the Westwood Community Plan Area. North of Sunset Boulevard, the neighborhood stretches from Beverly Glen Boulevard on the west to the Beverly Hills city limits on the east, extending north to Greendale Drive and Brooklawn Drive. While this section falls under the Bel Air–Beverly Crest Community Plan Area, Holmby Hills retains a strong sense of its own identity, remaining distinct from both Bel Air and Beverly Crest.
