Residents in Pacific Palisades, which is nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains, are drawn to the panoramic views of Downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean to the west. This neighborhood tends to draw in A-list celebrities and influential business people as it’s only a short 20-minute drive to Beverly Hills to the east, Santa Monica to the south and the San Fernando Valley to the northeast. Founded in 1922, Pacific Palisades real estate has remnants of original grandeur style housing from the early 20th century, has kept the quirky streets named after letters of the alphabet, but has also grown and with it designs range from Hampton style to Spanish villas to modern design.
